Invoice Visualization

The visualization of an e-invoice is displayed in the final step - just before sending the document through the bizBox portal, regardless of the recipient:

• Electronic ordering - sending an invoice via bizBox,
• Sending e-invoices to Public Sector Recipients (UJP),
• Recipients in banking network,
• Foreign company (e.g., Croatia)

The visualization presents a standardized layout of the e-invoice with a summary of the main data including:

• Seller and buyer information
  
• Itemized lines
• Totals and amounts

Before sending the e-invoice, a toolbar is available at the top of the screen with useful actions such as:

• Print
  
• Download PDF
• Other invoice-related functions
