It is not possible to reset or retrieve the username directly through the portal, as it is linked to your email address and your account's security settings.
How to reset your Username?
Send a request to the bizBox support team with the subject line: Forgotten Username.
In your message, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used during registration
- The company's tax number (VAT ID)
Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your identify and send your username to the email address provided in ticket.
