To check the number of remaining transactions on the bizBox portal, follow the steps bellow:
- 1. Log in or register to the bizBox portal
- 2. Access the bizMailbox application
- 3. Access the Send eDocument function
- 4. Check the number of transactions
- 5. What to do if you run out of transactions
1. Log in or register to the bizBox portal
On the bizBox login page, sign in using your username and password. In case you don't have an account yet, make sure to register before continuing with article.
2. Access the bizMailbox application
Once logged in, click on the bizMailbox application.
3. Access the Send eDocument function
In the left-side menu, select the Send eDocument option. The system wiill redirect you to a new document submission page.
4. Check the number of transactions
On the document submission page, the top-right corner displays the current number of remaining purchased transactions.
5. What to do if you run out of transactions
If you have no transactions left, contact our sales team by filling out the online form.
