Do I need to log into the bizBox portal beforehand?

No, prior login is not required if your ERP/accounting software is integrated with bizBox.

The sending process is handled directly from your ERP.

However, both a registered user and a registered company must already exist in the bizBox system.

What if my ERP isn't integrated?

If your accounting software allows you to generate e-invoices but does not support direct submission to bizbox, you can still send e-invoice using the Send eDocument option in the bizMailbox app inside the bizBox portal.
