If you forgot the password to access the bizBox portal, you can easily reset it directly via the login page.

How to reset you password?

    1. Enter your username in the field.

        (Usernames are usually in the format: name.surname)

    2. Provide the email address you used during registration.

    3. Click Send.

You receive a password reset link at the specified email address. This link is time-limited, so we recommend completing the reset as soon as you receive the message.

Clicking the link will redirect you to a form where you can enter and confirm your new password.

After successfully setting a new password, you can log in the bizBox portal with your updated credentials.
