Invoice Line Items

Each line item represents a product or service that is being billed. Required fields are marked with a red border.

Mandatory Fields:

• Item - The name of product or service
• Quantity - Number of units or service quantity
• Unit - Unit of measurement (e.g. piece, hour, package)
• Price - Unit price without VAT
• VAT Rate - Applicable tax rate

The fields must be filled in for each line item in order to successfully send the invoice.
