Users can attach PDF files to e-invoices or other documents either during the invoice creation process or just before sending.

1. Adding Attachments While Entering Line Items
In the item entry interface, there is a section called Attachments, where you can upload files by clicking the Select button. Drag-and-drop is also supported.
2. Adding Attachments Before Sending
Before sending the invoice, there is an additional option to upload attachments. In the same window, click the Select button to upload files or drag them in the designated area.
3. Adding Attachments via bizMailbox
If you're sending an e-invoices via the e-inbox using the Send eDocument function, you can add a PDF file along with the XML file.
