1. When Should You Use the Test Environment?

The test (DEMO) environment is recommended in the following situations:

• Before going live on the bizBox platform
• During development or ERP system integration
• To verify correct e-document exchange
• When onboarding a new bussines partner

2. How to Request Access?

To obtain access to the test environment, simply submit a request via our support form or ticketing system.

Please include the following information in your message:

• Company name
  
• Company tax/VAT number
• Contact person
• Email address
• Intended use of the DEMO environment
• Number of users to be added to the company

3. What Will You Receive?

Once your request is processed, you will receive:

• Acces link to the test portal (URL)
  
• A username and temporary password for login
• Additional usage instructions
• A list of test partners for simulations
