If you cannot find a document in the bizMailbox application, it's likely due to an incorrectly set filter.
Check your Date of receipt filter:
- Review the filter setting in the Date of receipt field. We recommend selecting Last 6 months to display a wider range of received documents.
- If the document still doesn't appear, choose the Date range option and manually enter the exact time period in which the document was expected (e.g., from 01/01/2025 to 01/04/2025).
This is especially helpful when searching for documents from earlier periods.
Tip: After the filter change, click the Search button or refresh the page to ensure the results are correctly updated.
