How to Request an Email Address Change?
Send a request to the bizBox support team with the subject line: Change of Email Address.
Please include the following information:
- Your current username
- Your current (old) email address
- Your new email address
- Reasons for the change
- Company VAT number
After receiving your request, the support team will process the change as soon as possible. You will be notified on your new email address once the update is completed.
