If your eInvoice is incorrectly filled in, you may receive an acknowledgement message of type -99 or 27, which includes the error details or reason for rejection.
Rejected messages are clearly marked in the bizBox portal with a red icon.
Use the Acknowledgement Search Tool
If you receive a red acknowledgement message, you can copy its content into the Acknowledgement Message Search Tool.
The tool will identify the exact reason for the error and suggest how to fix it.
Make sure to paste the entire error message, as shown in the image bellow.
If the structure is incorrect or incomplete, the validator may not recognize the issue.
