You can retrieve received documents either through bizBox portal on your accounting software. If your accounting software does not support electronic document retrieval, you can receive invoices directly in the bizBox portal via the bizMailbox application.

1. Accessing the bizMailbox
After successfully logging in to the bizBox portal, click on the bizMailbox application.
2. View unretrieved documents
In the left-hand menu of the bizMailbox, select Unclaimed messages.
A list of all pending documents will be displayed.
3. Retrieving a document
To retrieve a document, click the Envelope icon next to the desired document.
A confirmation window will open - click Yes to confirm.
4. Access retrieved documents
After confirmation, the document will move to the All received category, where you can view or download it.
To download the document to your device, click Download package - the file will be saved in ZIP format. The ZIP includes XML of invoice, PDF and envelope files.
