You can retrieve and review received e-documents either through the bizBox portal or your accounting software.
If your accounting software does not support document retrieval, reviewing them directly in the software will not be possible. In this case, all documents can be reviewed via the bizMailbox application within the bizBox portal.

1. Accessing Received Documents
After logging into the bizBox portal, click the bizMailbox application.
2. Using Categories and Filters
In the left-hand menu, you'll find various categories for filtering your document view:
- All received - Displays all documents that have already been retrieved.
- Message Types - Allows you to filter by document type (e.g., e-invoice, delivery note, acknowledgement, etc.)
By selecting a specific message type, only matching documents will be displayed.
3. Table View and Search Options
Received documents are shown in a table format with additional tools for searching and filtering.
